A call or E mail message is the first step towards freeing you up from all the worry associated with preparing food for an event.
I will respond with a series of questions to help me understand your needs, your cooking facilities and your food preferences. I prefer a personal face to face meeting for these preliminary discussions but it is not an absolute necessity.
At the same time, you will have the opportunity to decide if I fit into your plans for a Personal Chef. It is extremely important for you to feel comfortable and confident that I am the right choice.
I will design a menu for you based on our conversations and present it to you. Once we are in lock step, I will send an agreement your way along with the final menu, an estimate of total cost and the required deposit amount. When you return the signed agreement, the approved menu along with the deposit, I will schedule your event.
I shop for all the food and will arrive at your location the day of the event with all my own cooking gear ready for action. I prepare the food at your location and when finished, I will clean up the kitchen and leave it as I found it when I arrived. There are occasions where I will prepare some food in advance using a licensed commercial kitchen.
I have also catered smaller events using a licensed commercial kitchen with great success.
There is nothing more important to me than a completely satisfied customer. To that end, I will furnish numerous references to help in your decision making.
